Job Description:
Our managers have diverse personalities, interests and majors, but one thing we share is our deep passion for and commitment to the company.
As a manager, you will gain experience in all facets of running a real business: marketing & sales, growth strategy, customer service, recruitment, finance, negotiation, and physical operations. The time commitment is an average of 5 to 10 hours per week throughout the year. Two weeks out of the year (move-in week in September and finals week in June), you will work 40 to 60 hours leading teams of workers to pick up and deliver customer's storage and shipping items. Managers receive monetary compensation for their work.
